The Alchemy™ Processor product line is a highly integrated, power-optimized, MIPS-Based processor family targeted at the evolving consumer media market and the low-end communications and networking markets. The Alchemy line consists of media processor solutions (Au1000, Au1100 and Au1200) and communications processor solutions (Au1500 and Au1500).
The solutions are targeted at Personal Media Players (PMP), Set-Top Boxes (STB), IPTV, Wireless Access Points, Media and Networking Gateways, Thin Client PC/Servers and Digital Imaging/Printing products.
For that reason, RMI has built an alliance of strategic partners made up of leaders in each of their respected areas of expertise. Together, these companies provide all of the essential components for developing, verifying, integrating and building advanced consumer and communicatiosn products.
