Chief Financial Officer

At RMI, Mr. Geiser is responsible for all financial operations. Prior to RMI, Steve served as corporate vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at Spansion, Inc. and was responsible for the direction of all financial activities
including the successful completion of one of the largest technology IPOs in 2005. Prior to that role, he held various financial positions at AMD, including vice president of finance for AMD’s Memory Group, and was the domestic financial controller for AMD’s final manufacturing operations.
