Mr. Wallman brings an extensive track record in financial leadership at some of the largest successful public companies in the technology sector. Mr. Wallman is the former senior vice president and chief financial officer of Honeywell International Inc., and its predecessor, AlliedSignal Inc. – one of the world’s largest technology innovators. Other previous experience includes executive positions at IBM Corporation (vice president and controller), Chrysler Corporation and Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Wallman currently serves on the boards of directors at Ariba, Convergys, Hayes Lemmerz International,
Lear Corporation, Roper Industries, and Bausch & Lomb.

He has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSEE from Vanderbilt University.
